The Best Option!
Researched with my girlfriend and we came to the conclusion this was the best option for her.Doctor recommended everything in this formula. She was excited to try this because of the spearmint leaf extract. She’s been drinking spearmint before bed but then has to wake up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night so this was a really big selling point for her.

This is honestly everything I wish could be in a single pill. I was spending roughly $90+ per month on 3-4 supplements that this supplement combines into one.Been taking it for a month and just ordered my second bottle. Noticed big improvements within the first month
I bought this for a friend who had been looking for a supplement that combined several commonly recommended nutrients into one formula, and they’ve had a really positive experience so far.After speaking with their doctor, they were advised to add things like magnesium, vitamin D3, and omega-3s to their routine. This was one of the few products that covered all of those bases while also including spearmint leaf extract, which was a big plus.They had previously tried drinking spearmint tea, which helped somewhat but wasn’t very convenient and wasn’t their favorite taste. Having everything combined into one supplement made it much easier to stay consistent.Within the first month, they mentioned noticeable improvements overall, including better appetite control and feeling more balanced day to day. Overall, they’ve been really happy with the results and plan to keep using it.

Inositol supplement USA made
I’ve been using this Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol supplement for a while now, and so far I’m happy with the quality and formulation. I specifically chose this one because it uses the researched 40:1 ratio, and I like that it goes beyond just inositol by including helpful extras like vitamin D3, magnesium, zinc, and spearmint. It feels like a more complete approach to hormonal support rather than needing to take multiple separate supplements.Another big plus for me is that it’s made in the USA and third-party tested. That gives me a lot more confidence in what I’m putting into my body, especially with supplements where quality can vary so much. The clean label (no GMOs, gluten, dairy, or soy) is also a huge bonus.That said, the biggest downside for me is that it’s 4 capsules per dose, which is honestly a bit difficult for me. The capsules are big, and even taking them one at time is hard for me to swallow, especially because I’m also taking that well-known hair growth supplement which also is 4 big capsules. This is the only reason for the 4 stars.And it also means that even though I do think this is a great product and well-formulated, I’ll probably keep an eye out for an alternative in a gummy or powder form that’s easier for me to take.

I’m a skeptic of supplements so I wasn’t expecting anything much less positive results so quickly!
I am perimenopause age and so I was actually researching similar products. The price point on this supplement is a better value plus it has a few additional (what seem to be beneficial) ingredients on top of the Myo and D-Chiro Inositol the other products did not have. I am a healthy weight and do not have any health issues/take any medications. No history of PCOS or issues in fertility etc. I was looking for something to hopefully keep my periods and my hormones a little less erratic as I get closer to menopause.I have been taking this for a little over a week now and honestly, I thought I would have to take this supplement much longer to feel any effects, that is, if it ever had any effect at all. My period came along and it is normal for me to have migraines which usually last 3 days then eventually dull to the background for a couple more days but this month I only had to take my migraine pill once!? I actually had to take pain medication for cramps…I forgot I even had those as usually I am taking several things for my headaches, those are long lost to the pain meds!It’s also assumed I sit around feeling lethargic for a day or two, but I haven’t felt that way at all this month. My brain has also felt more organized the past few days, I’m not sure how else to describe it! Usually, I feel like I have to force myself to at least throw in some laundry and do the dishes this time of month, but I checked everything off my small list of chores yesterday and actually feel accomplished instead of frazzled.Side effects: my breasts have off and on been sore. But I did start taking this a week before my period so it might have just been enhancing a pre-existing condition. I haven’t noticed any other negative side effects. I take two pills with water right before breakfast and again right before dinner – easy to add into one’s routine. The pills are relatively small capsules and go down easily with no after taste.The only possible negative thing I have about this product is it doesn’t clearly state where it is manufactured. It does say 3rd party lab tested in the USA and that it is Good Manufacturing Practice certified but?? unless I’m missing it somewhere (it’s possible. see frazzled mom/perimenopause brain), it doesn’t say specifically it’s made in the USA anywhere? Also, the lid does not have a safety lock so if you have small children, you may want to transfer the pills to a safer container.
