I purchased this product because I read it helps with energy and I’ve been feeling drained. In the afternoons I felt like I needed a nap which I can’t take because I’m at work. I’ve been taking this for a week now and it started working the very first day, or shall I say the next day because I take it at night before I go to sleep. I’ve had peaceful sleep and the next day I wake up with energy. The afternoon crashes that I felt are gone. I don’t know if it’s going to help me lose weight because I don’t feel like it’s curving my appetite but I’m happy with the energy that it’s giving me.
