I have these on auto ship and have been taking them now for three months. They taste amazing and are working for what I wanted them to work for. These Lunakai collagen gummies are a win! I love that they’re made in the USA and don’t have any artificial junk. They actually taste good—more like a fruit snack than a supplement. Good for hair and nails.
These gummies certainly seem to make my hair and nails grow quickly. I file my nails every day, but they are not as strong as I would like. Hard to say if it is doing anything for my bones, as I have ostioperosis. As for anti-aging properties I would say, in my case, Father Time remains undefeated. They are delicious, more of a treat than a health aid.
