I started using the Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol (40:1 Ratio) the same day it arrived, and I was pleased with the quality right away. The packaging was secure, and the product looked fresh and well-made.The capsules are easy to swallow, with no strong smell or unpleasant taste, which makes taking them daily very simple. I also noticed that it didn’t upset my stomach. Since adding it to my routine, I’ve felt more balanced overall, and it seems to help support a more stable appetite and better daily wellness.I appreciate that it uses the ideal 40:1 ratio, which gives confidence in the formulation. So far, I’m happy with my experience

GREAT Supplement!
If you are looking for an inositol supplement, this is it!I started inositol for PCOS and insulin resistance. Within the week I dropped extra water weight, had more energy and my mood improved. Not funky taste to the capsule. Periods became more predictable. Did have some extra cramping with my first period after starting but then back to normal by the second.I actually switched off this onto another brand for one month because they were cheaper. I didn’t like the taste of the capsules of the other brand so I switched back. Within the week once again my mood improved and I lost extra water weight. I just thought it was because I had recently been sick and PMSing. Nope! The brand makes ALL the difference with supplements, some just aren’t high quality. This is the good stuff!The only real downsides are it is 4 capsules a day to get the full dose and its about $20 for a one month supply. For me that’s worth it. And I can’t say I have really experienced any side effects.Game changer for me!!!!!

Noticed an improvement in my cycle
I’ve only been taking these for about a month, but my last cycle was the shortest and lightest I’ve had in years. I haven’t noticed any side effects, the only thing I don’t love is that the pills are on the larger side and a serving-size is 4 pills. Other than that, though, I noticed an improvement in my cycle for sure! They don’t taste like anything. I have seen weight loss and appetite control, BUT I’m also taking something else for that, so I can’t fully attribute it to these.

This product serves its purpose. It’s easy to swallow, i have no evidence of weight loss but I just started using. The taste is fine and I don’t mixed it with anything.I have to cut the dosage because I was feeling a bit dizzy. My mood seems okay so far.

Amazing effects on my energy levels and my cravings are practically gone. Definitely helps with my PCOS symptoms as my periods have come back after going months without one. Have lost 15 pounds in 2 months while taking this. Wish you didn’t have to take four large pills a day but that’s whatever.

Causes hormonal acne for me
Be very careful with this item. It made me develop some serious hormonal, acne on my chin. Not even popping the pimples still these black marks. Having to change up my skin routine to deal with this hormonal, acne while my hormones balance.

Ive struggled with pcos since my late teens. Losing weight has been so hard with it and the INTESE sugar cravings were so hard to control. Ive been taking this supplement for a couple of months now and on my second bottle and I kid you not the RESULTS are amazing. This stuff works. My sugar cravings after 1 week of taking this supplement are next to none, I feel good, the weight has been coming off, of course my diet has changed but this supplement really seems to help kick those cravings. My cycles havent been as sporadic and are more on time. Previously to taking this supplement I would have fainting spells cause my menses were so heavy. They have lightened a bit while taking this. I also dont know if its this supplement but my skin is starting to clear and have been struggling with adult acne for 14+ years. This supplement is my saving grace and cannot give enough praise.

I wanted to wait a full month before giving an honest review of this product I’m currently on to my second bottle, I’ve had PCOS ever since I’ve been 15 years old I have tried several different PCOS supplements to help manage all my symptoms.. By far this is the best PCOS supplement I have ever tried.. I have never had a product that actually worked the way this one has, This completely regulated and balanced my hormones, I have always struggled with really bad hormonal imbalance, very bad mood swings a lot of ups and downs.. Since I’ve been taking this I’ve have been perfect I’ve never felt not only better but much happier and more emotionally stable, I’ve always struggled with constant hormonal acne.. I have haven’t had any new acne since taking this product, My hair has also stopped falling out…! I’m no longer having bloating in my stomach either!
