Great Lather and Elegant Scent
I bought this together with the matching conditioner, and I’ve been using it during my night showers. It lathers really well and leaves my hair feeling fresh and clean. By the next morning, my hair feels much easier to manage. The Neroli and Jasmine scent is elegant and relaxing without being too strong. My family enjoys using it too. Overall, a very solid shampoo for everyday use.

This is great shampoo because it does not have the harmful chemicals in it. It lathers up well and it cleans your hair without stripping the oils. It leaves my hair easy to comb out.

Smell nice and gave a clean feel
I really enjoyed this shampoo. It has a nice herbal type fragrance. The scent lasted through the day and night, but wasn’t overly strong. I felt it effectively cleaned my hair without drying it out. My hair felt smooth, not frizzy, and had enough moisture. I’m not sure about the overnight effects, but I did have less frizz in the morning. I do feel it is on the higher end for a product, so I don’t see a great value. Overall it is nice, but I’m unsure if it fits in the higher range.

Love the scent and really softens hair
This Japanese haircare find has been a total treat for my evening routine, especially with the calming scent of neroli and jasmine. The function of this sulfate-free formula is to rejuvenate your hair overnight, and I’ve noticed my hair feels much softer and more manageable in the morning. The quality of the ingredients, like the alpine willow extract, makes it feel like a high-end salon product rather than a standard drugstore buy. It lathers up beautifully despite being sulfate-free, and it doesn’t strip my hair of its natural oils. The bottle size is 10.1 fl oz, which is a bit on the smaller side for the price, but a little goes a long way. Luxurious Japanese Shampoo with Floral Scent
YOLU is a a Japanese head spa business and if you haven’t gone in person for a treatment, you’re missing out! This is night repair shampoo is as close to an in-person treatment as you can get from the comfort of your home. The scent is a strong floral with notes of jasmine and I find it very relaxing. If you’ve ever been to Japan you will find this to be a familiar scent similar to that used in higher end hotels (it honestly brought me back to one of the best vacations I’ve ever had).The plastic bottle looks great and has an easy to use pump. The shampoo itself lathers wonderfully and leaves my hair feeling nice and light and clean. I don’t have particularly greasy hair, but one of my friends who was visiting and used my shower mentioned that she really liked this shampoo since it did a great job tacking that problem for her. I feel like it’s a solid value since it seems to work for such a wide range of hair types (my curly and frizzy hair and my friend’s super straight and a little greasy hair).I will say that I don’t think there’s much to the “night repair” marketing claim here. I’ve washed my hair in the mornings and at night and I can guarantee you there’s no way it knows what time of day it is. I think it’s the night jasmine scent more than anything that’s responsible for the name.Overall, if you’re curious about the YOLU Head Spa and want to enjoy a bit of luxury at home, this is a real treat. I love YOLU and am keeping an eye out for more ways to enjoy that experience without stepping a foot outside my house.

It’s ok
I purchased both Shampoo and Conditioner. It’s nothing special. I don’t see or feel any difference between this and store brand products. I usually buy from cosmoprof because I have a cosmology license. Sometimes I like to try products that aren’t sold in salon businesses to see if there something out there that might be better. But this product isn’t anything special. It doesn’t seem like it would damage your hair but it’s not really going to change it in my opinion. If a product works for you then use it. I suggest swapping products every few weeks and not sticking to one brand only.

I pounced on this shampoo because the listing told me that it would detoxify my hair and repair my hair overnight so that it looks stronger. Also, the listing says that it is Japanese Haircare, and everyone knows that’s the best kind of haircare. As for the part of the listing that talks about Alpine Willow, Neroli, and Jasmine, I have no idea what they are supposed to do for your hair, but they sound awesome and expensive!Sure enough, after I washed my hair with this shampoo, not one person in my entire household told me my hair was toxic. And ever since I washed it, everywhere I go, people have been complimenting me on how strong my hair looks. Every time I look in the mirror, it reminds me that my haircare is now Japanese, so I’m not longer being held back by haircare from other parts of the world.Of course, the listing is ridiculous. It’s just shampoo. It’s not magic. Not one supermodel has given me her phone number since I started using it.But it is nice shampoo. The scent is nice, but it’s not overpowering, and it doesn’t linger after you rinse it out. I’m a guy, so I’m not looking to smell like flowers.The container is well-made and handy, and the pump works well.It seemed to do a fine job cleaning my hair.If you happen to look like Brad Pitt except that you haven’t washed your hair in a year, perhaps this shampoo will cause a significant uptick the number of supermodels that give you their phone number this week. But for the rest of us, it’s a nice shampoo, but I could do without all the listing’s hyperbole.
