What kind of fragrance oils does your diffuser work with? And what’s the oil-to-water ratio?
1. Our diffuser is compatible with most high-quality fragrance oils.
2. This diffuser is for using with 100% pure essential oils only. Please do NOT dilute with water or heating. Also, avoid using synthetic fragrances as they may clog the atomizer.
How much essential oil is required for the diffuser to function properly?
For optimal performance, fill the internal container at least halfway to ensure the tube is fully submerged. Smaller amounts, such as 10 mL or 30 ml, are insufficient for proper operation or extended use.
Why is there no mist or fragrance coming out after I turn on the machine?
1. Ensure the top curved ridges are properly aligned
2. Some oil ingredients produce no visible mist, but a fragrance can still be smelled, which is normal
3. If there is neither mist nor fragrance, please try to replace a new included atomizer core
Why does the mist output decreases significantly after a month of use?
It is time to clean the diffuser. Please clean the diffuser according to instructions in the manual.
How often should I clean the diffuser?
We recommend to clean the diffuser once per month, as over time, fragrance oil residue can build up and cause clogging. Cleaning is also recommended between changing fragrances to avoid altering fragrance composition.

Easy to use and great scent selection to start!
This starter kit comes with absolutely everything I needed, even the USB-C charging cord and the power adapter. Since my kids are always stealing all of my cords and plug-ins, this was a happy surprise!It comes with 5 starter scents: My Vibe, Santal Essence, The One & Only, Breeze on Wave, and Dreamy Haze. I started with the “My Vibe.” It has a light, bright subtle city’s scent. Gives a clean, summer vibe but not over powering what so ever. The diffuser was extremely easy to set up. I plugged it in, took the cartridge out of the top- no difficult locking ir unlocking, just pull it out and then easily u screw the bottle from the lid. I dumped the entire scent bottle in, screwed the bottle back on, and put in back I’m the top of the diffuser. No additional water needed in the diffuser bottle. The remote has multiple options for how frequently I want it to diffuse: 6 options to diffuse 30 seconds in 60 minute increments, up to 360 minutes. I chose 30 seconds every 2 hours and I have it running for 8 hours.I placed this in my kitchen, but we had an open concept main floor with kitchen, living room, dining room and entry. I can faintly smell the scent throughout the main floor but it doesn’t smack you in the face. I’m very happy with the quality of the diffuser and scent selection!

Smells like heaven
I have owned and used alot of air diffusers over the years and I have to say this one is the best that I’ve ever owned.I love the fact that it is waterless, no more splashing water when filling or having to keep adding water and the scent oils to it and cleaning it out between changing scents.So easy to use right out of the box, take off the top and unscrew the bottle and pour your scented oil in and put the lid back in and place it back in.Not only can you work it by the buttons on it it also comes with a remote that is very easy to use. The remote has an on/off button, 3 different timer buttons 1 hr, 4hrs and 8 hrs and shuts off by itself when the time is over and it has different buttons to choose the amount of scent spray that comes out which comes out for 30 seconds and then pauses for a few minutes before spraying again.You also can control the lighting on it.It comes with 5 small sample bottles of different scents, they all smell heavenly and not overpowering and my favorite one so far that I’ve been using is the Hawian beach and sea, it also comes with 2 extra bottles to pour your oil in and extra pump lines and seal.I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and have it set up in my dining room, I have it turned on to the lightest mist setting and you can smell it throughout my whole place and even outside my door in the hallway, my neighbor asked what I was using that smelled so good, also I will add that I am a smoker and ky apartment was taking that nasty old cigarette smell and since I’ve been using this the past few days you can’t even tell a smoker lives here.I would recommend this scent diffuser to anyone that is thinking about buying one for their home, it’s well worth the price.

Decent for sure
I actually think this is the best one I have purchased thus far. It’s easy to use, reliable, and it diffuses fairly well. I took off a star because I don’t think it covers the square footage advertised. I would say 600 square feet. I can smell it in our large living room, where it’s stationed, and in the hallway, but not beyond that. We have about 1300 square feet outside of the bedrooms, and in those areas in the main part of our single story house, it doesn’t cover the whole area. I like that it’s not operated through an app. The apps for the three others I have tried have been terrible. The diffusers leak and are ineffective. This one is pretty reliable, and it looks nice.

Love this diffuser!
I am very impressed with this diffuser! I have been using for just about a month now and it has smelled up our 1600 sq ft home pretty well. I am still on the first bottle of fragrance using the lowest setting. It is whisper quiet which is very nice. I am excited to try a new fragrance. It fills the main areas of our home very well but as you might expect doesn’t spread into bedrooms as well. Maybe would do better in a more central area will have to try that and see. I am not opposed to getting a smaller one for bedrooms, it beats plugin wall flowers by a long shot in my opinion. The scented oils seem to go a long way but I don’t run it all day long either.

I bought this crazy expensive version of this, and it broke almost immediately. This one is so much more solid, and my whole house smelled so nice. I have five cats and two dogs and the way my house smells is very important to me. Comes with a nice assortment of scents and you can order other scents if you want

I have used water based scent diffusers and decided to buy this one because refilling was a pain. This is truly a great diffuser! No water filling, a remote to change settings when needed, and it covers mt whole house. The sample scent pack it came with has wonderful scents and my house smells like an expensive hotel rather than dogs and cats. I love this diffuser!
