Silk and firm, nice combination!
This is a firm pillow. I don’t use it for travelling, I use to sleep. It is comfortable. I am so glad that I found this silk neck pillow. It has been recommended to me that I use a neck pillow to sleep and it is great but I didn’t like the material that it is normally used for the neck pillows that you find at airports. What a nice surprise to find it in silk! I was very happy to see the quality of this pillow when I receive it, oh , and I like that the packaging was just a bag, not a lot a waste with boxes and other packaging materials that are just wasteful and most of the time unnecessary. Thank you! great product.

Simple and effective
I love the memory foam for molding to my face. The silk cover is warm, comfortable and great for my face. Plus, the cover can be removed and washed! The snap in front secures my head from going too far forward. The button strap at the top makes it easy to carry on my purse strap or luggage. I like the smaller size vs a huge pillow you have to tug along. Would definitely recommend

Snaps not properly sewn
It’s a comfortable pillow and satin feels nice, but both front ant back snaps are missing the other halves, so are useless! I can sew a snap on, but I really shouldn’t have to especially for as much as I paid for this.Update: After contacting the company, they sent me a new cover with the snaps properly attached. I revised my rating to 4 stars. Would’ve been 5 if I didn’t have to go through the hassle.

Very smooth and comfortable
I had a texture issue with previous neck pillows but this one was just perfect. It’s so soft and smooth and it doesn’t irritate my face at all. Plus it’s not too squishy and not too hard. Just perfect :)I’m adding to this review from last year. When my daughter received this pillow there was a note to email them and they would send another pillow for supporting their small business. I did that and received an email back saying once review was active they would send it out and send me tracking number. That has never happened. Took a few stars off for that. Just a little fishy to me.
