How often should I use it?
Our radio frequency skin tightening device with 6 skincare modes. For IAP Mode and ATW Mode the Recommend Usage is 2-3 times a week. And as for other skincare modes(TS or Cold or Heat or Vibration Mode), you can use it daily(or just according to your skincare needs)
Do I have to use conductive gel with the device?
Conductive gel ensures the best conductive of radiofrequency and current-energy, it is suggest to use rf and current-mode with conductive gel. As for other skincare modes no gel is needed.
How to troubleshoot my device?
1, Device not have cold or heat mode?
Our radio frequency skin tightening device is double-sided, please flip to the back side of the treatment head(non-electrodes) for instant cooling or heating
2, Device stopped work suddenly?
Our radio frequency skin tightening device built-in timer which will auto shut off after 3 minutes under cold mode, and after 10 minutes under other skincare modes
3, No sensations there?
First, please apply enough conductive gel: cover the full treatment head, and reapply gel during the whole treatment. Secondly, moving the treatment head on skin more slowly at the begining.
