Solid product good performance and cost savings
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought this for my wife and she really likes it. She uses it about three times a week and has seen good results. Instead of the recommended gel, she uses a hyaluronic acid powder mix, which works well and saves money. Overall, it’s been a solid product for her routine.

Button issue – Seller Resolved!
Update: Feb 11 2026: Seller read the review below and reached out offering to replace the unit. They then sent me a brand new unit, which I appreciate very much. I use this to build up collagen after micro needling treatments. It works like a charm. Use 2-3 X per week for 10 minutes. When I don’t use it, I forget because life is crazy I definitely see a difference- and I get right back to using it. I absolutely recommend. Every year I get 3 micro needling treatments and use this for the rest of the year. Thank you to the seller!I bought this in April 2025, and definitely liked the results. I use it about once a week, and it sits in its packaging on my counter.Unfortunately the top 2 buttons stopped working. They seems to lost the ability to “click”, and the 3rd button still works. The top 2 buttons don’t fully sit up, so they can’t “click” on or off. Very bummed.

Quit working/Replaced
I worked well for awhile, but quit working after the return period. It turns on for a couple of seconds and then turns off. I noticed it had quit working for others, but hoped that if it lasted through the return period it would be alright. Too expensive for the short life of the device.UPDATE: The device was replaced and the customer support was really nice. It was past the 30 days, but they guarantee for a longer period.

Poor battery life and miniscule treatment coverage
Not impressed. A full charge lasts about 10 minutes compared to other devices that last over an hour and the surface that treats isn’t large enough to cover much of an area during treatment so it takes well over an hour just to treat the lower half of your face if you want to use more than one setting. Found amiro r3 for only $30 more and it’s supposedly a really good device so this is definitely going back. The rf definitely isn’t strong enough to do what it’s supposed to. Not worth the money

Has alllll the things!
This thing has everything I was looking for in one device! It has the microcurrent, radio frequency but it also has hot and cold function on the back.The cold actually gets cold, which is really nice as I deal with facial flushing a lot and it feels hella soothing.You can actually tell it’s working, and feel the muscles move. All in all, really happy with it so far!

Using for plantar fasciitis
It is too early to give much feedback. The device does not cause any discomfort. If the rf were strong it should be a little uncomfortable. The gel is absolutely necessary.I’m using it on my face, neck and the bottom of my inflamed foot. No change on face or neck so far, but my foot pain has decreased.

I am a very skeptical when it comes to beauty treatments. I only got this device after my sister got an RF treatment at a spa and noticed a difference in fat reduction. My mother noticed an immediate difference in the wrinkles above her lip the very next day. So I tried it only ONCE on the bags under my eyes and on the jowls at my jawline. I couldn’t believe the next day that the bags under my eyes had definitely flattened. And honestly, I don’t even see my jowls anymore.Beware that the device shuts off after 10 minutes and my mother thought it was broken. It’s not. It just has a timer so you don’t overdo it.I am very impressed and will definitely continue to use this. I haven’t even read all the instructions and yet, the gentle vibration I used on the skin tightening setting definitely made a difference.It’s a heavy duty product and feels very solid in your hand. Again, I’m not usually a believer in this sort of thing but definitely noticing a difference and will continue to use it.

Tried Twice — I’m Out
I purchased this product twice. The first time I received it, I was pleased with the presentation, but the product stopped working after a few days. But I liked it so much, I bought a second one thinking the first may have been defective. The second one stopped working after a week or two. Great concept. Bad product.
