I’ve been really impressed with how easy this muscle stimulator is to use right out of the box. The different modes and intensity levels let me customize each session depending on how I’m feeling that day. It fits comfortably and stays in place, so I can relax while it works. After a few weeks, I’ve noticed better muscle activation and a firmer feel overall. Great addition to my routine and worth the investment.

This device is absolutely amazing! I’m using it on level 5 intensity, and I can really feel my muscles working — it’s very effective. The results are noticeable even after the first uses. Honestly, I’m a bit scared to go higher because it feels like I won’t be able to move afterward 😂It’s comfortable to wear, easy to use, and has plenty of modes to choose from. Perfect for training glutes, abs, and hips at home. Highly recommend!

This is amazing for toning when you don’t have time to go to the gym! The different levels allow me to change up the intensity depending on my mood that day. Feels as amazing on the abs as it does on the gluten. I love it!

This exercise machine doesn’t work very well.
This exercise machine shows no obvious effect after use. The operation is a bit complicated and the effect is not as good as described.

Wish the pads were a little bigger…
I bought this as a replacement for my first muscle stimulator, which I stupidly misplaced the controls for. That one was no longer available.I use it primarily to sculpt my glutes in addition to squats. The only complaint I have is the silicone pads are not as big as my other device, which is a disappointment. This means they don’t cover as much of an area when using mode 9 (body sculpting). I wish I noticed this before purchasing.It does have an impressive 12 modes though, a lot of which focus on massages, pain relief, and muscle recovery.
