Rollout with a Green Mission
Chose the ‘soft version” you won’t regret it. I guess you feel better about the environment for choosing this product but it also is an excellent foam roller that gets out all the aches and soreness from a long day of standing on your feet. Especially if you work in healthcare as I do.

Effective with less torture
Just the right density to “dig in” and relieve muscle spasms without breaking into a sweat as I try to endure the pain. If you have done a lot of foam rolling, you probably want a denser roller, but this works for me. This is a high-quality roller, very well constructed. I thought it was overpriced when I decided to order it (because it’s the only soft roller I could find in this size), but this is going to last for years.

Not as soft as the description makes it sound
Nice but not quite the same if you’re looking for a truly soft foam roller like the ones used in a physical therapy clinic. I’ll keep and use this one but I kinda wish I would have ordered a different one that was more like the one in the clinic instead of this one. The description had the feel goods for the eco-friendly stuff and I thought it would be a good fit but it’s going to take some adjustment.

I would say only buy if you want an intense deep tissue massage. It feels more like Medium Density. Having said that the look is great and seems like good quality.

It provides enough pressure to be effective without being overly painful.Overall, it feels well made and seems like the kind of quality that will last a long time. A solid option if you’re looking for a comfortable, reliable foam roller.
