i’ve been using this wash for a while now I love it. The smell is amazing. However, the pump is retarded and after reading other people‘s reviews I’m glad to see I wasn’t the only one I thought it was just me lol

Useless pump mechanism.
Wish the pump would pop up/work without almost breaking the plastic or stabbing my hand. The product itself is fine, not sure it’s worth all the trouble though.

Great body wash with lovely scent
This was the third intimate body wash I’ve used and it’s tied with Lume for me. I really love the scent and I like having a pump. I will say getting the pump open took some effort since it stuck. I think they may need to get a new pump so it pops up easier but the product itself is excellent and I like the design because with Lume if it wasn’t left upright the bottle could leak. You don’t have that issue with this. My skin feels and smells clean. Definitely recommend.
