Convenient and effective
I’ve been using this for few weeks now and I really love it! It is on the smaller size so I can grab it quickly in between tasks to get my nails ready for a new color. It comes with several metal files and sanding rings. You can adjust the speed using the dial on the top. One charge lasts quite a while. I do recommend !

What I needed
I had a different brand that needed replacement. This one is so much better! The fact I don’t need to have it plugged in is just one thing that makes such a big difference! It’s also so easy to change the direction and control the speed. I do my own finger nails and toe nails and this helps so much. It’s reliable.

My new secret weapon for nails
I started doing my own gelX 3 years ago, started with all hand files then eventually started using a dremel with proper bits. I thought I had the best tool, until I got this my dremel charger went Mia and it was cheaper to get this so I figured why not. It’s so easy to use out of the box. Comes with a bunch of bits that I didn’t know I needed. The highest speed is faster than I think I’ll ever use but I like the option. The charge last, the colors are cute and it’s easy and comfortable to use. How I got this for less than $30 is wild to me.

For the longest time my wife used to borrow my Dremel rotary tool to fix issues with her nails which was kind of amusing, but hey. whatever works. When I saw this item I figured I would get her something a bit more appropriate she could use for her nails since it is smaller, lighter, and easier to work with.Not a lot of info is provided with this item, most of which I just learned playing with it. In the package you get the main power unit, the drill, a small pack of bits of various styles, usb charge cord, an instruction sheet and a plastic drill holder when not in use. Out of the box it was almost fully charged so I was able to play with it for a while without charging up first. The base unit is lightweight and so it the drill itself. It felt nice in the hand and surprisingly very quiet even at full speed. You could easily have a conversation right beside this drill without issue. There is a forward/reverse push button which is convenient. You don’t even have to stop it to change directions, just hit the button and it will quickly come to a stop and immediately go opposite direction. The sound level is the same in either direction, quiet overall. The speed seems to max out at level 45, and the speed knob goes up or down in increments of 1. The pause function was cool, just push the sped knob down and it will pause speed, then resume when you push it again.I was hoping the accessory bits were the same size as the typical rotary tool bits because I have a lot of those bits already, but nope, different sized shaft. I believe the rotary tool bits are 1/8″ shank, and these bits have a 3/32″ shank. Not a big deal, the amount they supply you will last a while if just using for everyday nail use.The drill body feels durable and nicely built and if you try to figure out how to release/lock in a bit, there is a twist knob on the body. I am not sure how long the battery lasts in this, but I was testing it out for a while and the power level different move so you’ll probably get a fair bit of use out of it without needing a charge. There is a little plastic drill holder included and just clips onto the side of the base unit.Overall, I was impressed how well this drill works. I like it so much I will probably borrow it from the wife to do occasional crafts lol. I would recommend.

A good compact nail drill, the added belt clip is a really good feature allowing for hands-free, to an extent, operation. The front dial controls speed control, which ranges from 1000 to 45000 rpm, and a master on/off switch. Direction control is on the top of the unit along with a pause/play function. The drill sits nicely in the incorporated side holder when not in use. The actual drill has some weight to it and is comfortable to hold and has a long, coiled cable; this plugs into the base station. The quality of both the nail drill and base station is very good and far superior to some of the cheap nail drills I’ve had in the past.Attaching bits to the nail drill is fast and efficient, just a twist to open, change, and then twist back.In use, the nail drill is very comfortable to hold and feels very balanced. Vibration is very minimal along with the noise. The drill doesn’t give off too much heat in use; it will warm up over a long period of usage but isn’t uncomfortable. Turning the speed control dial is smooth, and the LED display will show you the speed selected in rpm. The speed at which the drill changes direction and adapts to any new speed selection is very fast, which is a good selling point for me.I’ve achieved very good results from this nail drill, from finer work around my cuticles through to acrylic removals and residual glue off my nails. It handles extremely well and offers good value for money; of course, the only drawback that I found was having a lead attached to the nail drill, but this is something that you get used to; at the end of the day, once the base unit is on your belt, it’s kind of out of the way anyway.A USB charging cable is supplied, and the drill does come supplied pre-charged.Happy to recommend.

I have been doing my nails for the longest time and went from salon to DIY. I always wondered whee the salons got their machine; what amazed me the most is the multi speed dial while all I had was a Dremel. I upgraded in the past couple yeard sand my last multi speed naildrill was a plug in outlet; I was tethered to a wall plug, with no speed indicator BUT THIS…For me is a game changer..Especially, thats it is rechargeable, which makes it easier because I can use it anywhere in my apartment. The speed dial is easy to use, and once a speed it set, it remains. PLus there is a forward and reverse buttons, which allows you to work on one hand snd then switch direction for the other; I find this to be efficient especially when you right or left handed; the opposite hand to the dominant hand does not have the same flexibility and strenght.It’s is not a noisy machine and the noise is tolerable.It comes with mandrels and different tips. One thing I did not like with the one I was using previously, is that once the tip was in the machine, it would often slide out. But not with this machine; there is a lock system that prevents that. You simply turn to open the lock, slide the tip and turn back to lock. That tip is not going anywhere.The machine is very light; which is perfect for someone left or right handed and have a weaker opposite hand like myself.

Requested the cordless nail filing tool for doing acrylic manicures. The aluminium handpiece feels premium and remains entirely cool during extended filing sessions. The twisting lock mechanism holds the metal drill bits securely, preventing any wobbling or slipping at high speeds. The motor operates very quietly and smoothly, producing minimal vibration through the handle. The digital screen clearly displays the current speed setting and remaining battery percentage. The rotary dial allows very precise speed adjustments up to the maximum limit. Changing the spin direction requires just a push of a button, accommodating both left and right handed use perfectly. The battery easily lasts through multiple full manicures before requiring a recharge. The base unit is slightly bulky on a small desk, but the portability eliminates dealing with tangled power cables.

This unit is advertised a nail file but I have found more uses for it after testing it for a while. The unit comes in a box that contains the battery unit and drill unit, along with the accessories. The drill simply plugs into the battery unit and it is ready to go. There is a simple instruction manual that describes the basic workings of the unit. The unit has a dial that controls the speed. It offers very fine control of the speed of the drill. There is a button for changing the direction of rotation. I find changing direction is a bit clunky. After pressing the button, the drill doesn’t seem to know what to do right away. It takes a second or two before it starts going the opposite direction. Not that big of a deal but just an oddity. There is a holder for the drill that can be attached to the side of the battery so if you use the clip on the back to hold the battery on your belt or whatever, you can put the drill into the holder and free up your hands. I’d prefer the holder to be slight more snug fit though.Battery life is pretty good. I have been using it for about an hour as a rotary filing tool for model making and so far it only went down one bar from full. I’m very impressed with this unit.
