Effective and Easy To Use
I’ve been using this on and off for a couple of months now, and I can definitely see a difference. I think if I were more consistent with it, the results would be even more noticeable. You can definitely feel it working during each session.What I like most is that it comes with adjustable belts instead of sticky pads, so you just strap it around your abdomen or arms and you’re ready to go. It’s much easier and less messy than the adhesive ones.The different modes and intensity levels let you customize the workout depending on how strong you want the muscle contractions to feel. It’s convenient to use while relaxing at home or doing light tasks.The belts are comfortable, adjustable, and reusable, which makes the whole process easy and convenient. It’s also rechargeable, so there’s no need to keep buying batteries.Of course, it isn’t a magic shortcut, but if you stay consistent and use it alongside cardio and a healthy diet, you can definitely see changes in your body. Easy to use and can feel it working
After the first use I could tell it does exactly what it is supposed to do. The muscle pulses are definitely noticeable. You can actually feel your abs contracting while using it. It’s simple to set up, rechargeable, and has multiple intensity levels making it perfect for anyone wanting a way to work on muscles without prolonged gym time. I also love the fact that it has the stimulation for the arms. It’s very comfortable so I generally wear it while relaxing or doing chores. I love that I can wear it while doing housework and still feel like I’m getting a workout in.The arm bands are a great bonus—I definitely need the extra help toning there. Strong contractions, noticeable muscle engagement
The first time I used this, I could immediately feel the contractions — even around level 6, it was surprisingly strong. That was the most impressive part right away. Good Quality Set
It works really well! I can feel deep stimulating pulses while using these it’s very convenient when stuck at home or time is limited to workout. I’m able to toss these on and continue other activities while stimulating my arms and core!

It works well however no details about modes and positioning
The abs stimulator was pretty simple to get setup and up and running, pretty easy to use. Unsure about the functionality because there is no documentation about what the modes do or where exactly to place the unit. Same with the arm stimulators. Easy to setup, but where exactly do you place them on your bicep for best performance? I will continue to look for videos because the website offers no documentation that I could find. Finished my first workout today and I can really tell my muscles got a workout. Hopefully, I’m using it correctly.

It Works
What I like: the no gel electrodes that need replacing, the spray works good. It definitely contracts the muscles. It holds a good charge for numerous uses. I use the arm bands for my calf muscles.What could be better: Directions aren’t great, and theres no information on the different modes.Overall for the price and function, 4 stars.
