It works!!
I started using this a few weeks ago and I’m already seeing great results!! You can clearly feel it working the glute muscles. It also has a massaging effect. It is easy to use and comes with a remote which makes it easy to turn the levels up and down.

Easy to use and not annoying.
After my surgery, I set out to exercise from home. This product works very well, as it stimulates the muscles; combined with exercise, it makes for a great team.

SIZE?
It may work, since the waistband version works to some extent, but the Glute model is not wide enough to fit around my hips. Thus, I can’t use it. I gave it a three-star rating only because I know these devices can have modest success. I may try to modify it to fit my thighs, but I will probably drop it off at Goodwill.

Can be crazy painful
Was going good for about 5 times. Then once I put it on, it was on a 2. And all of sudden I screamed and it wouldnt stop, I looked at remote, it still showed 2 but it felt like a 6 or more. It was awfully painful. I’m returning this thing

Good So Far and Easy to Use
I’ve been using this hip trainer for about five days now and my experience has been good so far. It’s easy to set up and adjust, and the belt feels comfortable during the sessions. I appreciate that it has different intensity levels, which makes it simple to choose what feels right for me. I can definitely feel the muscle stimulation while using it. It’s a practical option to include in my routine at home. Since it’s still early, I can’t speak about long-term results yet, but up to this point it works as expected and seems well made.
