Its not broken. Hold the on button down longer.
It works. I thought mine was broken too. My daughter showed me; you just have to hold the on button down longer than you would think. It works like magic on my sagging, wrinkles and clarity. Although the later might be from a new charcoal scrub.—- After using this on and off for about 9 months, the dark spots on my forehead and jawline are completely gone. I cant believe it.— UpdateSo Ive had this device almost 2yrs now and it still works like a charm. Even when Im lazy or busy and stop using it for a couple months, I notice a big difference in my skin so I keep “running” back to it. After consistent use of 2xs a day, morning and night with my best serums, its astounding the difference in as little as a week. I wish I could be a super steady consistent user, but alas Im just not that person. If I was, I wouldnt have to do this constant “catch up” and could really reap the rewards this little device has to offer. I am thinking of buying a second one just in case mine finally decides to stop working. I dont want to be without it.

I bought it because a friend recommended it to me, and I have been using it for 3 weeks now at night together with the retinol cream and it is working, my skin looks better and brighter people ask me what I am doing. I am also using it to apply acne treatment for my daughter and it has cleared quite a bit too. I recommend it 100%, it is worth buying 👍

seller advertised this item works 5 function in 1 device but only working 2 programs and rest of 3 was not working. Seller refused to refund so not response to ask to replace new one. I have contacted so many times to the amazon, they said they do not responsible to the customer receiving default product from seller and keep saying contact to the seller. I advise , you need to think to buy if products is not allowed to return. you just waste your money when you buy an item nonreturnable .

Ok but no radiowaves. Just vibration and light
To be fair, I just received this device thus not sure od effectiveness. All functions seem to work but there is no radiowave function, just different lights and vibration on some of the cycles.I’ve used a red light device and a radiowave multi light device in the past. The latter only lasted 7 months so was looking for a replacement. Skin does not feel as firm as when I used a radiowave massager.Will write an update as to effectiveness.
