Not worth the money
This product, while it does what it’s supposed to- is made very poorly. I have used it for 2 months and the first month and a half were great, I used it every night and it worked well. Although the battery life is very short I just charged it daily. But the last week I noticed the lights were shorting out, some of the lights were burnt out and the colors were blending together. The “hot” function has also stopped working as well. I thought since this product was pretty expensive that I would get a lot more use out of it than I have. I definitely don’t recommend this facial massager.

Doesn’t work within 2 months of purchase! Stay away
I had earlier submitted a 5 star as I loved how it worked on me. And just two days after that review and within two months of actually purchasing this massager, it has stopped working altogether, even after fully charged. Stay away! And there is no way to reach customer service for the product. That’s quite ridiculous tooMy earlier 5 start review below———-This has been an addictive tool – really works well to fully absorb skin products and also helps sculpt the face in the moment!

Battery life span not good
Wasn’t happy for this purchase! Battery life span is terrible even though its fully charged. Im in the middle of massaging my face not even 10minutes all of a sudden it will stop 🛑 the item though is very light and handy but the noise while massaging your face i think it’s annoying. Anyways not worth it! Looks like the item itself is defective!

Needs Better Instructions/Ease of Use, and Product Support
I’m having trouble finding any buttons or areas to push for the device to work. The instructions and device are not clear, and when I try to go to the website for product support, it won’t come up. I’ve tried multiple times.Then Amazon doesn’t make it easy to get help beyond even with seller issues anymore. I missed the return window, so all I can think to do is leave this review.If the seller gets back to me about how to communicate and get product support, and I can even try it, then I’ll look at changing my review. For now, it’s not useable for me.

Bad device bad service
I purchased item in Jan 2026.My return window closed 3/2/26. The device stopped charging today. I want it replaced. This should not happen as I did not abuse the item in any way & the website does not open for support. I am so disappointed in this purchase as I spend a lot of money with Amazon. Do not buy this item as I read all the reviews before purchase.

Don’t buy this product!
I hardly used this product and it stopped working as prescribed. It lights up but doesn’t vibrate. I’ve used it perhaps 10th med now it’s a useless piece of plactic

Not as expected
I was happy to have a facial massager but the charging time is always different and you may not be sure if the massager is fully charged. For example, If you disconnect after a green light was displayed (supposed to be the end of charging), and immediately connect again, the red light starts blinking for a long time, meaning charging continues. The time for massage is just for 3-5 minutes. I wouldn’t refer this product to anybody.

Did not last at all
Terrible decision. I liked it at first. Thought it would be great. Had some therapy on my face and could not use it as often but it quit working within a few months or less. I kept charging it and hoping for the best and it completely died and will not work at all. I followed the instructions exactly. VERY unhappy with this ..

De momento estoy probándolo. Llevo poco tiempo con ello, pero sí es verdad que, la primera vez, con el programa de luz roja, a los 5 minutos me ponía CLEAN, Y aunque limpio y limpio, eso ya nunca desaparece. No sé si será un fallo o qué tengo que hacer para que desaparezca ese aviso. No lo entiendo, la verdad. Y en las instrucciones no pone nada. Así que bueno, yo lo sigo usando pero claro…

بعد الاستخدام الاول للمنتج مذكور انه هناك ترددات ولكنها لا تعمل فقط يظهر لون الاضاءه مع حراره لبعض الاضاءات ولكن لا يوجد ترددات كما يزعم المنتج. غير راضي عن المنتج
