Beyond pleased with these 2 well made scalp brushes. The silicone tops work nice through my thick hair to massage my scalp.These are a good deal, easy to grip handle. It’s important to removed skin or product buildup on our scalps and massage improves circulation to the scalp which improves the hair follicles.Once a wk I do an oil massage to my scalp and use this brush. I use a combo of argon, boabob, carrot seed oil and pure rosemary essential oils which promote hair health and growth.I put the mixture in an applicator bottle and the pointed tip makes it easy to apply the oil mixture directly with control to my scalp and roots. My hair is growing back in areas that had breakage and hair loss due to toxic hair color that was aka organic !

Great to open pores on scalp
So far so good. I’ve only used it a few times in the shower. I got it only a week ago. I suffer from eczema on my hands, feet and scalp. I used this on my scalp with a peppermint and tea tree oil shampoo and conditioner. It opened the pores and helped remove dead skin which allowed the products to penetrate and work better but not just on the surface, deep down into my scalp. This gave me much more relief then not using this brush/massager. I noticed a big difference within a few minutes after washing the shampoo out and applying the conditioner. It felt way more refreshing and my scalp wasn’t itchy after my shower as it can be with having a wet scalp until my hair drys.This is soft and gentle on your skin. It’s not going to cut you open or cause scrapes or anything. I do wish it was a bit more harder but this will due for now.My boyfriend tried it on his head when it was dried to use as a massager but it wasn’t rough enough for him. He still prefers my nails. Everyone’s experience will be different but I think this is worth trying. For $8, you can’t go wrong. And if you don’t like it you can return it. But I think you’ll like it if you’re using it for the same reason as I did.I definitely recommend using a peppermint and tea tree oil with this item if you have dandruff, eczema or an itchy scalp. It will soothe your scalp.

Useful tool for color conditioning, shampooing and also a GREAT tool for brushing pet hair
So, I bought two – one for me and one for my cats. Overall, it’s a great little tool.Here’s what I like about it for me: doesn’t tangle in my hair, feels really good, helps me get my hair super clean and seems to reduce the amount of hair loss I have going on. Not sure if that’s just psychological, but I do feel like less hair is coming out in the shower after using it every other day for several weeks. It’s also really great for applying clenditioner, in particular – so if you’re someone who uses one of the color depositing conditioner products (e.g., Overtone, Keracolor etc.), it’s a great way to really get it worked throughout your hair without staining your hands.Here’s what I LOVE about it for my cats: I cannot underscore just how much they both looooove this thing. One of my cats has dandruff, and this has really helped to break up and remove the dry skin (although warning: if you have a cat with similar skin issues, when you first use it, it’s gonna get messy). The other has long hair that gets tangled in other brushes, and this works well to give him a nice brushing without hurting. And they go absolutely bonkers over it – they’ll fight each other to get to my lap and get me to use it. I have never seen either of my cats enjoy being “brushed” as much as when I use this.Only con: My hands are pretty small and this feels small to me. In the shower, since I can’t quite get my hand completely “in” the grip, it can get a little slippery. I imagine if you had normal size hands (and no joke, I have child size hands) it might be hard to hold. Otherwise no complaints.

I wish i had found these sooner in life. I’ve always struggled with dry and itchy scalp in the winter months, and these things with shampoo and conditioner is a game changer. It seems to get the shampoo and conditioner in deeper/better than my sausage fingers, massaging the stuff into your scalp. Just the perfect hardness to get in and scratch that itchy but soft enough that it doesn’t hurt. with the conditioner work right into the scalp Its just an awesome feeling and my dandruff is all-but gone using these . Really and awesome shower tool.
