Mine came only wrapped in plastic,no box, so mine didnt have a slight indent on the ends. Still works. Great inexpensive good quality foam roller. I have been using it for physical therapy and it works. 24 inch and it is very firm

Sehr stabile Rolle und auch lang genug für alle möglichen Übungen. Es gibt zig Übungen, die man damit machen kann.Habe schlimme Rückenschmerzen und bin immer auf der Suche nach neuen Möglichkeiten meinen Rücken zu trainieren und Verspannungen zu lösen. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass eine einfache Styroporrolle so vielseitig einsetzbar ist.Es sind zwar keine Übungsvorschläge dabei, die gibt es aber zu Hauf im Internet.Finde es auch super, dass sie ziemlich fest ist, dadurch kann man relativ viel Druck ausüben, was meiner Meinung nach angenehm ist.

I’d love to give this roller a terrible review for all the pain and suffering it’s put me though. But when my physio guy said I needed a roller, he warned me I would be in for that pain. This roller is solid (I’m a big dude at 6’5″, 280), gets the kinks out of my back and legs and it’s durable. Well done.
