Miracle Worker?! Maybe…

Great belt
I’ve been using this abs stimulator belt for over a week now and I’m pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and effective it feels. Can be felt but never sore afterwards (so far)
Does this work? Maybe. I feel contractions, and now that I’ve gotten to levels 9-12, I can really feel some tingles during some of its patterns. There’s one pattern that almost tickles but tightens my core greatly. (When I feel the pattern starting, I tend to tense up a bit more beyond what it does because I can tell what’s coming.)I haven’t timed it, but the primary one advertised says 20 minute sessions and this seems to just be 15. While I’ve noticed the workout, I’ve never been sore after using it, although my last workout at 12 was felt for a while, but not remotely sore the next morning.Be sure to use water as recommended. Using it dry does have some effect, but the effect is magnified with the sensors damp to almost wet.The velcro/elastic band seems like it will hold up for quite a while, and will handle many different body sizes, although I’m not sure about longevity. Definitely last longer than the pad-type ABS stimulators I’ve used before, but it really doesn’t feel like it’ll last more than a year or so, but I’m only 2 weeks into using it so I can’t be sure about longevity. (Then again, at 2 weeks, I’m at level 12, not sure how useful this would be in a year.)While I’ve used it two weeks, no sign yet of 6 pack abs. In fact my weight has gone up about 2 pounds and my belly fat hasn’t shrunk at all, according to my GE scale (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D96373RS?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1). Could just be normal weight fluctuations but this isn’t an instant weight loss device. Am I going to stop? No, but I certainly haven’t noticed any physical effects.Something like 8 modes, but I’ve only used exercise mode so far, as that’s why I got it. Maybe other modes would have different effects but the instructions are very sparce on what they actually do. I haven’t tried them.The voice speaking when you set it is very reasonable and lets you know what’s happening.Two wish-list items:1) Twice now, turning it on, the voice tells me “battery low, charge soon.” Exercise mode doesn’t last another minute until it is completely dead. Warning earlier, so the user can complete a workout is needed before dying. I’m ready to exercise now. Get started, and nothing. Disappointing and not convenient at all.2) As stated, I’m up to level 12. When you turn it on, you’re back to level 1, every time. A little non-volatile RAM that records the last setting and re-starts there would be very useful to your users. Turning it on, then 11 “+” isn’t overly convenient (and I’ll be trying 13 today, so 12+ clicks to get me where I need to be). It does seem to remember exercise mode, but doesn’t remember the level.I am concerned. Two weeks and I’m going to be doing level 13 today. I read something that either 18 or 20 is going to be the max. Am I going to be at the max and still not see effects (nor feel the soreness)? What happens then?Make sure you use the water. On dry skin, I feel an effect, but when you wet it down (not soak it but get it damp) makes a major difference.

The patch is prone to falling off.
The most frustrating shopping experience! The product quality was extremely poor. The counter was completely inaccurate. I made 100 of them but only recorded about 20. It was completely impossible to record the training volume. The patches became completely non-adhesive after using them three times. The customer service even said that they needed to be purchased separately. This was clearly a form of forced purchase. Moreover, the so-called “muscle training” had no scientific basis at all. When using it, I felt numb all over my body, without any sensation of muscle contraction. Instead, after exercising, I felt dizzy and nauseous, just like being seasick.

Best acquisition for my abs
I actually enjoy using this. It’s comfortable, easy to adjust, and the heat feature makes it feel more like a relaxation tool than a “fitness gimmick.” I use it while winding down in the evening and it’s become part of my routine.
