The color is A LOT more purple than I had anticipated it being. I was expecting it to be a lot more pink than purple. This first picture doesn't even do it justice for how purple it really is in person compared to a picture. It's very bizarre.
The second picture includes a bright hot pink, like a highlighter pink, color exercise ball (that is the color I was expecting & wanted) next to the foam roller to show how purple the foam roller really is in person.
I personally am disappointed about the color & the way it was depicted in marketing photos. The 3rd photo is the companies own representation picture for the color it was marked for that I had purchased & I was expecting that marketed foam roller color to arrive. I have a hot pink & white theme for my exercise gear & the foam roller I received sticks out like a sore thumb.

This is medium purple, not the pink violet colour shown. Very different. It also feels firm, not medium density to me.

Durable / What I Expected
Got the Rainbow colored 🌈 Roller, and it so far has been good for improving my circulation and stretching some muscle stiffness.* Just a good firm foam roller to have available. You just have to be someone who would take a few minutes each day to use it. It relies on your motivation and creativity for uses.*** I also got a Massager gun, that I honestly use more frequently because I’m occasionally lazy.❤️😉👋

This was more afford able than others. Very firm/dense which I prefer for getting into and mobilizing my thoracic spine. I get a subtle “pop pop”. Feels good when resting my body weight on the floor to turn head side to side and massage neck/occipital area.

You see this item and get excited to try it, doesn’t mean you should “get one”.Here are the reasons why:1. You are not a chiropractor2. Chiropractors see chiropractors for back/neck pain3. You WILL get hurt if you don’t know how to use this4. It WILL hurt when you first use thisPlease be advised that this is a dangerous roller because it has ZERO softness and is the same as rolling on a wooden log. Consult a physician before use.Don’t blame the company for giving you “aches” you never thought existed if you decide to use this.

You should get it.
Feels good to crack your back. My back/shoulder feels relieved when I use this. It helps to keep your spine flexible. The firmness from a scale 1 -10 is a 5. Not too soft or too hard..it’s just right.

What I like about this little roller is first I love the color because I am a pink girl! I love the sturdiness it’s foam but it’s firm and it’s easy to use while exercising or just using it to relax with your back your legs it’s a really great piece of equipment added to my exercise routines.

⚫︎材質が硬いと背骨が痛くなりますので、硬さ選びは「普通〜柔らかめが」がおすすめです。⚫︎円の直径が小さすぎると効き目が弱いような気がしますので、直径は１２〜１５cm程度がお勧めします。⚫︎長さは長い方が一本で色々と応用が効きますので、長いものを選ばれた方がコストパフォーマンスがいいと思います。⚫︎使用に際しては、YouTubeなどであらかじめ使用方法の動画を見て参考にした方がいいかと思います。
