I just started losing weight, eating high protein and working out at the gym while taking GLP1s so I was excited to try this Core Training Device. This was stated as a “rechargeable Core Trainer for Body Toning & Strengthening Device”; however, it is an insertable incontinence trainer that does not tone the core.It may strengthen pelvic muscles but I am nervous to insert this into my body. The device is rechargeable, it is sleek looking and seems to have good power, but there is no way to use it as intended. I do not recommend it. Quality to value is low. Hope this helps! 🙂

So….it’s essentially what it looks like. I am not sure if there is a direct link to my body tone or overall strength, but it does at least work. It strengthens whatever you think about while using it I suppose.

It actually works!!
I highly recommend this to anyone who has given birth and is looking to strengthen your pelvic floor. This is a delicate subject but if you’ve had a baby…particularly a big chonker of a baby, you know that sometimes the “down there” doesn’t bounce back. If you’ve ever had problems with sneezing and wetting your pants, for example, this device may help you. We can all do kegel exercises and that does help but this device feels more effective and actually left me feeling as if I’d done “inside” crunches. My doctor had suggested a pelvic floor “conditioner” but who knew something like this could help so much! I started using this device a couple of days ago and I’m already able to tell the difference! I am excited to see how my body feels and functions after a few weeks of use.
