It’s gentle weight but some eyeballs may be more sensitive than others
I am that person that cannot sleep if there is one speck of light in my room. I bought this for a trip as I didn’t know if the VRBO homes we were staying at would have room darkening panels. I definitely needed this for house number 2.Pluses:-It’s super soft, even with the weighted filler (that you can move around to adjust where the weight goes)-It has an adjustable strap; it’s not one size fits all-The lavender scent is very refreshing and calming-It made everything DARK-It was surprisingly comfortable to wear in 90+ degree weather and 100% humidity. I didn’t sweat under it; it appeared pretty breathable (the VRBO had NO A/C)The not so great:Take note: I am not used to sleeping with anything on my face as I live in the middle of nowhere; a mask is not necessary at home.I love my weighted blanket, so I figured I’d enjoy a weighted eye mask. My eyeballs do not feel the same way. It wasn’t painful uncomfortable but more like a bit of gentle pressure that mildy reminded me of sinus pressure but on my eyes instead of behind them (and if you’re a chronic sinus sufferer, you know what I’m talking about). It wasn’t enough to offput me from falling asleep as I could adjust where the weight was in my mask and was successful every night at bedtime to get it in just the right place but due to the fact I perform acrobatics in my sleep, the weight would move and may have added to my restlessness and thusly, the mask moving around (forehead, chin and floor). I did not keep it tight because my eyes didn’t like the weighted pressure fully on them. Yet, it wasn’t super loose either, I have to use my hand to actually move it (I’m certain my hair helped wiggle the mask about; thankfully it never got caught up in my long hair – another plus).Overall, I don’t think there is anything wrong with the product. It was comfortable to put on, adjust and actually fall asleep in. I just think since I’m not used to it and my eyes didn’t care for the pressure and I’m a samurai in my sleep (and it was HOT in the room), it just made for a difficult night.

lavender smell is calming and not too strong. eye mask stays in place during the night, but not too heavy on the eyes. really works to keep out light and help fall asleep and stay asleep.

Nice Sleep Mask, don’t expect lavender
This mask is smooth and silky. Has a nice weight. It smelled lightly of lavender when I opened it, but it didn’t last. The only thing I don’t like is that there is no seam so the interior weighed beads aren’t evenly distributed and they tend to fall one side. It’s hard to even them out when you put on the mask. Overall I’m satisfied.

I love kitsch beanie sleep caps so I decided to try this sleep mask after going through many others last night 4-30-26 was my first night with it. I’m going to sound horrible but I bought 2 one for myself the other as a Christmas gift well after sleeping with this last night when I woke up I told my roommate I was keeping both so that when I hand wash and air dry one I’ll still have one. Ladies definitely buy and buy a second best sleep I’ve had. Yes you have to adjust the beads but this mask is 🔥 I’d give it 10 🌟 if allowed

Looks, feels and smells nice.Drawbacks are:-the buckle on the strap causes pain and makes an indentation in my temple when I sleep on that side- the lavender inside is not kept, via quilt-like stitching, in any particular place in the mask. So, if you put this on when already in bed and lying on your side, gravity will cause the filling to drop down into the fabric over your one eye closest to the bed. You’ll have to sit up and shake and push half of it back over to the other eye before you can settle in to sleep.- it’s a very thick & puffy eye mask and, compared to others I’ve had, it presses very tightly against your eyes. I need the strap tight so it doesn’t slide off my head, but when this is on, I am definitely not opening, or even moving my eyelids. This might be a bonus for some, but a nightmare for others. If you need space around your eyelids, Target has one.
