My son the gamer loves it!
It is comfortable, soft and plush. He won’t take it off and wears it to support his neck while playing games on his tablet. Hard to get back in the bag, but totally worth it.

Great neck pillow
Great support for my neck. I fall asleep in my recliner and usually get a crick in my neck. This pillow prevents that. Wish I had gotten it sooner. Storage bag is handy too

Very nice neck pillow . Fast shipping . The only downside is you have to let it air out before use about three days smells bad when you first opened it .

Comfortable but didn’t hold up
I bought this because I had to sleep sitting up after surgery and I didn’t want to add a sore neck on top of the other recovery. It didn’t have an odd smell and the size worked well for me and it wasn’t too soft or firm. The foam did end up breaking in half right in the middle, which made it awkard if my head tipped back. It was semi-saved by it’s limited space to separate, but there’s a void since the foam compresses so much and that part is basically like not having the pillow. Fortunately, I was able to make it work until I could sleep in a different position, but it’s not useable any longer and I wouldn’t buy this again.

Comfortable
Great neck pillow. It makes your neck comfortable while sitting in a recliner and other chairs. I have used it several times a day for a month with no issues. It took 10 days of leaving it out for the smell to go away, but I could also use it with the odor.
