Product quit after a week
It started off great and I was really looking forward to using it regularly. It’s been a week and now the product doesn’t turn on even though the battery is charged. When I snapped the battery to the mask, all it does is beep continuously without any light. Disappointing after positive start.

I’ve been using this LED face mask a few evenings a week and it’s actually quite relaxing. You just put it on for about 10 minutes and let it do its thing — feels like a little at-home spa moment.The different light modes are meant for different skin concerns. For example, red light helps with collagen and fine lines, while blue light targets acne-causing bacteria, and near-infrared (NIR) can reach deeper layers of skin to support repair and circulation. I wouldn’t say it gives instant results, but after a couple of weeks my skin looked a bit brighter and calmer. The silicone mask is lightweight and foldable, so it’s easy to store or take when travelling.Just keep expectations realistic — it’s more of a slow, consistent skincare tool, not a miracle gadget.

This item was described as an XSSNVV Eye Shield, on arrival I found it is a well made Red Light Therapy Mask which appears to be of good quality, function and style.It is a quality looking black style Red Light Therapy Mask. It fits well, is lightweight enough to be comfortable, and the mask is made of a pliable silicone material, the fitted straps are well designed to fit comfortably over head.This Mask is super easy to fit and wear.There are eye shields to fit onto the mask when you first get it and you don’t need to remove and re fit them for each wearing. They were easy to push into the eye holes in the mask and fit in place. They remain secure in the mask itself thereafter.The mask feels soft, lovely and comfortable on your face, it is easy to switch on and control. The small power device easily and simply attaches magnetically to the mask.This power supply device charges quickly via the supplied USB-C charging cable, and so far I haven’t needed to re charge it. You can walk around with the mask on if you wish as there are no attached wires to contend with.However it is lovely to relax with it on while the treatment is delivered via the mask. I’ve used a few different face masks like this in the past but found them to be a bit heavy and bulky so i jumped at the chance to try out this lighter one. It’ actually very comfortable to wear and although it might look a little strange, the results are evident after just a week or so… So who cares what I look like stuck inside watching Netflix?Upon first use you need to insert some eye shields in order to keep the mask secure. Once you’ve done this you can take them out and the mask remains in place and very secure.The mask is powered by a small power pack which you charge separately and then attach to the mask. It’s actually very well designed and means you don’t have to faff about plugging the mask in which is amazing.You’ve got 4 programs to choose from including red light, blue light, amber light or a mixed red/blue mode with each mode being tailored to a different goal you ight be looking to achieve.For me it’s about keeping the wrinkles tight and keeping my skin feel more youthful and I can see the start of the results within just a few days. Excellent product and I’m really excited to see the longer term results too.
