Pressure alone is enough, but the added ability to warm it up makes it better
I love this thing, still smells awesome and I’ve had it for years at this point. Does get pretty hot, but warm up in 30 sec- minute increments. You can add more heat, you can’t remove it, can burn it not careful.I named him Mencru, and is the cutest stuffy when not needed.

Adorable, Soft, Functional, & Smells Like Lavender!
I randomly came across this guy while looking for other menstrual products and thought it was cute, so I saved it to my wish list. My husband saw it too and thought it was really cute, so he insisted on getting it for me to try.I was really pleased with this cute little crab when my period came around a couple of weeks later! I have always really liked these bead bags that are heated up for period cramps and general muscle aches/joint aches/sprains. This little guy though is more fun and adorable! Plus the fabric it is made out of is so very soft and nice to the touch.It is just the right size to place on various parts of the body, and it STAYS put, it doesn’t slide off immediately, and it conforms well to your body shape where it is placed. I like that it is not too heavy feeling as well. And it smells lovely like lavender. I am sensitive to lots of smells, but this smell is not irritating. It smells lovely and just right.I am glad that my husband insisted and got me this cozy, cuddly crustacean!

Great for Period Cramps
I love this heating pad! It is the perfect size and provides enough coverage for period cramps. Easy to use and reduces pain. Temperature is good, and even though the pop tart plush material is kind of thick, you can still feel the heat through it. It is unscented though which definitely feels like a missed opportunity lol

Great Period Pal, Scent is Strong
I love lobsters so I absolutely had to get this and it doesn’t disappoint. I’m not a fan of the smell unfortunately, I really wish they had an unscented option, but beyond that it’s perfect. It sits well where I want it to, it’s soft, comfortable, and very cute. 60 seconds in the microwave was more than enough, I needed to let it cool down a little before use, but it was toasty warm for a while.The packaging is not discreet so if you’re looking to hide your purchase, maybe pick the gift option and hope it comes wrapped. I saw several comments talking about taking the sack of beans out to heat on their own, but my crustacean does not come with that option, it’s completely sewn shut. I have no problem with this and didn’t expect to be able to open it, but keep that in mind when purchasing.

I love this product!! It’s microwavable which it’s reusable! It’s great for when you’re on your menstrual cycle and lower back pain. Personally, If you don’t like that it’s lavender scented i wouldn’t recommend it but it don’t help with cramps and relaxation.

Lil Cramp Buddy!
I absolutely love my little cramp buddy lol. Full warning it does smell like burnt lavender if you over heat it but it’s not terrible. The how long it holds heat and it works great for soothing menstrual cramping or even just injuries in general. Worth the money and very light weighted. Keep away from pets as I learned my dogs loved the lavender smell and thought it was a toy for them.
