Cool and elegant steampunk nebulizer
ED: I figured it out. The glass pipes have to be surgically clean. I use ISO to half fill the glass, then use canned air to make sure both pipes are clear. Fill with pure oil. No clouds but the room is filled with wonderful scent.

Beautiful vintage look oil diffuser
Love this oil diffuser. Wonderful vintage look with a nightlight. Good price scent dispersed is adjustable. The auto shut off is great so I can leave it on and be confident that it will shut off before all the oil is used up. Wonderful quality.

you are gambling when buying this product working or not.
Its a cool product. Instructions are poorly written. I really like it when it works. I’ve had to go thru three of them and deal with returns and refunds and now after buying a third and dealing with this company. They are denying my refund. It went like this, I bought the first one, worked great for about a week then completely stopped working, return and refund received, I still think its cool so I buy another and return it but this time they replace it in lieu of a refund, that one didn’t work at all so I return for a refund. I go ahead and just buy another and now the previous/return/refund(mainly the refund) is being denied by them with zero explanation. If you want to roll the dice for a nebulizer that looks cool and probably won’t work but is a decent night stand lamp, go for it, their knock off santal smells great but doesn’t last like the real thing obviously. I was going to give it three stars but since they gave me the run around its a one star. Again, if you are reading this, this product is a gamble on it working for a long time let alone at all. You still end up with a decent night stand lamp but then also end up with a frustrated customer service team.

Love it, Great look that goes with my currnent style. Works well and you can see the steam. Just becareful what oils you use, Some even though they are essential oils are to heavy to work in this diffuser

Essential oils not included
This is really cool, but I feel like the photos showing the essential oils is deceptive as I thought it came with it and I was searching through the box trying to find it thinking it was left out until after talking to Amazon found out it wasn’t included. It would be much better if they included that especially for the price, but luckily I did have some on hand at home. It should definitely say somewhere that the oils are not included hence the 4 star rating.
