Good quality. Weights are easy to use and to change plates by flipping the dial. Used for all sorts of lifting exercises. Bench press, curls, flys, overhead press to name a few. Highly recommended!

I love these adjustable Aotob weights, they’re a perfect addition for anyone with a home gym. Adjustable weights at around $2.20 a pound is a steal! I’ve done a lot of research on adjustable weights lately and they typically range from double to quadruple the price of these for big name brands. These are very cost effective while also maintaining phenomenal quality. Unlike other adjustable weights these change from 11lbs to 55lbs in increments of 11 in seconds! Not only that but each weight is securely held. I don’t have to worry about the weights falling on my head like others that have snap individual adjustments. They come with a rack that holds them in place and have a flat bottom on the weights so you don’t have to worry about them rolling away either. You can also use them for assisted push ups and the handles have nice soft grip so you don’t have to worry about them cutting up your hands or needing to wear gloves. The only real con is that the adjustable increments are 11lbs. However, I found you can simply remove one plate from the rack if you prefer an odd increment of say 16.5lbs instead of 11lbs or 22lbs as each plate weighs 5.5lbs. Multiply by 8 plus 11lbs handle gives you 55lbs. Lastly I love how the plates are tough steel and not those bulky plastic plated plates you see on some name brand adjustable dumbbells that look and feel cheap. 5* I’d recommend it to everyone from beginners to pros.

Great adjustable weights!
Took forever to arrive but worth the wait!! Super easy to change between weights, comfortable to hold, lots of ways to hold them comfortable for different workouts. They are pretty long but I feel like that will just help to engage my balance and stability in my workouts. So happy to have these!
