Can I control the ScentiPlus Plug-In Diffuser using an app?
No, the Plug-In Diffuser does not have the Bluetooth connection enabled. The diffuser working on by plugging into the outlet and choosing the intensity and mode from the buttons on the machine.
How does the Smart Mode work?
The ScentiPlus Plug-In Diffuser will work as long as there is some light in the room. The diffuser will stop if the room becomes dark.
How does the 12h Mode work?
The ScentiPlus Plug-In Diffuser will work for 12 hours continuously right after it is plugged into the outlet. Then, it will stop for 12 hours. It will repeat this pattern on 12h Mode.
Should I use pure essential oil? Can I dilute the oil using water or alcohol?
The Plug-in Diffuser would only work with pure essential oil. It is not recommended to dilute the oil with water or alcohol.
The scent becomes weak after I use it for a while. What should I do?
The Plug-In Diffuser might be clogged. You may replace the oil with rubbing alcohol and let it run on your regular schedule for a 3-5 days.

Love this! I bought this instead of a $99 similar product and purchased the expensive oil from the name brand. It fits perfectly in this. Mist quality is great! Doesn’t make noise. My house smells like luxury! I love that it goes for twelve hours and turns off at night to preserve the oil for daytime.

Whole day spa feel
Absolutely love this. I bought one to try it out. Then I ended up buying 4 more to put in the different areas throughout the big house. With the Ritz Carlton scent I bought separately, it works like a charm and really adds a subtle elegance to the entire place. Every single visitor I had commented on how nice my house smells. I particularly love how big the canister is, as I don’t have to worry about adding oil for 2-3 months if I fill it up initially and set it to the smart mode. It is not messy and turns on and off based on the lightness of each space. I love it more than those wired ones or the ones controlled by app. It’s just very straightforward and effortless. It’s kind of pricey especially if you like me buy 5 units and expensive scent oil, but it’s worth every penny when it gives you a high end spa fell day in and day out.

Great, Just Needs More Bottles
The product works wonderfully. I bought it 11/30/24 and I’ve had no issues at all. I just would like to be able to purchase additional bottles to put the fragrance in so I can switch them up easily. If the fragrance is too strong, no matter if I wash the bottle out and let it run with alcohol in it, you can still smell the previous oil used. I like to switch my scents up. One day I might want to smell marshmallow, another day I might want to smell calabrian lemon, another day I may want to smell something with a little musk and amber in it. This is the only thing that frustrates me lol. Great product though and highly recommended.

Stopped working
I bought this diffuser end of decemeber and it has already stopped working. I tried cleaning it and doing all the “troubleshooting” and it still wont disperse mist. It just makes noise and nothing comes out. waste of money.
