    Decent
This is a decent massager. It does help aches and pains. I dont know if it is really work on sculpting. It os easy to hold and use. Overall it works well for a massage.

Convenient handheld massager, good for areas with less flesh/muscle
I think this little handheld massager is good for thinner areas with less flesh and muscle. There are 3 levels of vibration, and they are all on the very gentle side. Don’t go in expecting anything like a massage gun — that isn’t what this product is, or what it’s meant for. I liked using this massager on my arms, shoulders, shoulder blades (it works particularly well when you’re right up near bone underneath), and neck. It felt a bit too weak for my calves, and definitely too weak for my thighs, but then that’s what a massage gun is for. There are 9 heat levels, and I would also describe them as very gentle. At the lowest levels, I could hardly feel any warmth. At the highest level I felt warmth, but it was not hot at all. I’m not really sure on this, but it seems to me like the red lights, rather than heating the skin directly, more so appear to work by heating up the metal nubs that contact your skin. So that process of heating up the nubs does take some time. There are also 9 microcurrent levels. I’ve never used a microcurrent machine before, so I started at the lowest level and kept dialing up until I felt something. Depending on where you have this handheld massager placed, some areas you’ll feel nothing, and other areas you’ll definitely feel the tingling. For me, at around levels 4-5 I could feel strong tingling when the massager was held to the side of my calf, but I felt nothing when the massager was held to the back (fleshiest) part of my calf. After using the tool for a while and adjusting all the settings frequently to try them out, at first I thought the control panel overlay was starting to bubble up already. But as it turns out, there is a plastic covering over the control panel that should be removed for use. After I removed it, the control panel looked in good condition again. If you haven’t adjusted a setting in a while, the control panel seems to go into a semi-sleep state where you need to press any button to wake it up first, and then the next button press will actually register to change the setting. The sleep state is not visually any different, so it will just feel like you need to press a button twice at first. After the initial charging with a USB-C cable (one is provided but I just used my own), I have been using the massager for quite a while now and it shows no signs of running out of battery, so it seems to last a good, long time. Handheld with no cord is definitely a nice, convenient form factor.

Easy to use and well thought-out
This is a nice size massage tool and well desinned. It is easy to hold and move around. It is easy to read and change the settings. The massage level is a bit too gentle for my interest, but nice for sore muscles. The warmth option heats to a comfortable level. I haven’t tried the red-light treatment. I am using it primarily on a scarred area resulting from hip replacement surgery six years ago. I am using it with a ginger massage oil. I haven’t yet noticed a big change yet, but I suspect it will take a while to make a difference. I am having my other hip replaced later in January. I plan to use the massager after a few weeks of healing and hope that it helps to reduce the scar tissue upfront. The Zedriwell massage tool cleans up nicely after use with the massage oil.

    Sometimes sends a small shock
I think this works well as a massage tool, albeit a light one. I cannot say it makes much of a difference otherwise. Also, for some reason, it shocked me at times during use. At first, I thought it was a tens machine too, so I went to read the instructions. It is not. I couldn’t tell when it was happening, maybe when I had metal on? Regardless, I continue to use it because it isn’t overly disturbing and doesn’t happen all the time.

    I’m on the fence.
I am on the fence about this body sculpting machine thing. It does do the things that it is advertised to do. It does vibrate, and it does produce red light, and it does function as a very weak TENS unit.Well, I think it’s very weak. I turned it on and tested it on my palm, then offered it to my daughter. She let it touch her palm for maybe a whole second, and then recoiled and stepped backwards. Apparently it really shocked her. I tried it on my hand again, and again felt nothing. I could feel it very lightly on my upper arm, though. I’m not sure why it hurt her, and I could barely feel it. I guess your mileage may vary. The instruction book is not very helpful. It explains the buttons, which are fairly self explanatory, but not much else. I might have to research how to actually use it. I did try it on my upper arms, and my tummy. While I’m not sure that it’s sculpting and whatever, it did feel good.It actually feels really good on my shoulder joint that I messed up a few years back. It feels really really good. I’m not sure why, from a science standpoint. I’m not sure I care. While it does do the things it’s advertised to do, it does lose one star because I’m not sure how to actually use it to benefit from it and the instruction manual doesn’t really provide much by way of instruction.

The product images are a bit misleading
If they were to say the before and after were 1 year apart with proper diet and exercise (along with using this product). I think I could get behind them on that. But they way they make it seem is instant or very short term and you’ll get these results. So the unit does charge. It does have have. It does have a somewhat EMS built in. For me it was pretty gentle. You really didn’t notice it until you used it on more sensitive parts which arn’t listed for use. Really couldn’t feel the heat too much either but lights are lit letting you know it’s on. For me there was no muscle contraction like with a tens or ems unit. After a few days of using this I did not notice any changes.
