they feel very soft and fresh on the face
I bought three of these, one for myself, my wife and my mother-in-law. They are very soft and extremely comfortable on the skin. I will explain my review in two parts. I will describe previous eye pillow that I replaced with these. And then I will talk about these with counter points to the problems of the previous ones.My previous eye pillow:they were made out of polyester. They had a Velcro adjustment in the back. The Velcro adjustment made the back non-uniform and would bother me if I laid on my back facing up. I think the rough fabric would often catch on my pillow and while moving at night, it would pull off my head so I’d have to keep looking for them. The eyes were contour so that they didn’t touch the eyelids, but the concert fabric had a stiffness to hold the shape, but the shape wasn’t the exact shape of my face and let light bleed through.These new silk eye pillows:These are made out of silk and I’m happy because I wouldn’t get away from synthetic fibers. The adjustment is a buckle style slide that has over the elastic a solid piece of silk. When lying on my side or on my back facing up, I don’t notice a large lump and it’s not uncomfortable. These stay on my head, even though they are seek and smooth. I thought they would slip off like the older version, but they stay on my head and I only could assume that they don’t slip off because they’re so slick. They don’t catch my pillow. When I move throughout the night, they slide with me instead of pulling off. Because these eye pillows don’t have a stiff contour shape for around the eyes, they fall flat around my face and don’t let light leak in. The first night I use these the slight contact to my eyelid was annoying. It was a gentle contact and I’ve grown used to it.i’ve used different versions of eye pillows for the last decade and know that if there is pressure on the eyes, it actually makes you wake up with sore eyes. I did write a one star review for these because when I put them on, they were touching my eyelids. That made me angry. I figured they would cause that tired eye feeling from a constant pressure. The seller asked me to give it a chance and I did. I realize that contact to the eyelid is not the same as pressure. There was no pressure on my eyelids and it didn’t cause the feeling you might get from wearing something pressing against your eyes for a period of time. I’m glad the seller reached out and asked me to give it a chance. I’m very happy with these. They are far superior to any of the ones I’ve bought in the past. And I’m super excited that they’re silk. I hope they’re real silk.

Luxury for Less – Perfect Eye Mask
Purchased these in Pink and Black. Soft fabric and do not apply any pressure to my eyes. They are made better (but have the same silk fabric) than a more expensive brand I own and have more and better features – (1) you can make them tighter or looser with the strap (2) they have a built in nose bridge with extra padded fabric that actually helps block out more light. (3) they are actually slightly larger than the more expensive brand so there is more fabric on the side of my face. I haven’t tried to wash them yet but will update if they fall apart when I hand-wash.

Comfortable, effective
I’ve tried a few mulberry silk sleep masks. I love them for their softness and cooling effect. I’ve found that covering my eyes at night not only helps me to sleep better, but helps soothe dry eyes. I don’t like to sleep in total darkness. A mask gives the health benefits of sleeping in total darkness, but the security of slipping it down ever so slightly and having sight of the room. I have had masks before that had too much padding causing them to fit concave and press inwardly onto my eyes. And mask, that I thought was my favorite, was great except that it had to be adjusted a lot. It didn’t often stay on. This mask does come down sometimes, but not often. And it fits wonderfully! The head-strap is very comfortable. I love the addition of the nose piece to block out more light. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Great product
Overall, I think this is a great product. My only complaint is the mask has an adjuster on the left side, which I like, but as a side sleeper, it is a little uncomfortable. It’s not very noticeable especially if I fall asleep on my right side and wake up on my left. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and even while moving in my sleep it slides up only slightly. The product comes with a piece of the fabric to burn to verify it is real silk, and I have definitely noticed the quality, I do not have acne or clogged pores in the 2 weeks I’ve been using it. The mask itself does a great job at blocking out light with its nose cover, I am a college student with dorm restrictions on curtains because of the blinds, and a window right next to my face and street lights outside. It is perfect when my roommate comes back late at night or has an 8 am as well.

Comfortable unless they slip
These are a little small in the eye socket in comparison to other similar sleep masks. The result can be a bit uncomfortable if they slip.The fabric is quality, however, and when there is no slippage they fit comfortably.

Favorite eye mask
This is my favorite eye mask I’ve ever bought. It soft and great quality. I like how the strap is adjustable because don’t like things to be right on my head. I actually bought a similar one in Japan and lost it and I’ve been looking to replace it ever since. This is the only one that compares to the quality of the one I owned previously. 100% worth the price and I like the color options. I ordered the pink and will be getting another in black. It comes with a cute dust bag I use to store it when I travel.

Après avoir testé plusieurs masques de nuit au fil des ans, c’est la qualité du matériau qui a d’abord retenu mon attention. On est bien en présence de soie véritable, pas de satin polyester qui en imite l’apparence sans en avoir le contact. Un petit carré de tissu est fourni séparément pour qui voudrait faire le test de la flamme; je ne l’ai pas fait, mais au simple toucher, la nature brute de la soie de mûrier est perceptible. C’est doux, plaisant contre la peau.Pour couper la luminosité ambiante, il remplit son rôle, mais avec nuance. Contrairement aux modèles moulés qui créent une zone d’étanchéité à la lumière au niveau de l’arcade du nez, celui-ci laisse filtrer un peu de clarté par le bas du masque. Ce n’est pas un défaut vraiment, mais c’est une limite à connaître avant l’achat si l’obscurité complète est une priorité.Son atout le plus discret : il se glisse sans effort dans un bagage à main, ce que j’apprécie vraiment en voyage. Je préfère de loin partir avec un masque que je connais et que j’ai déjà apprivoisé plutôt que de me rabattre sur les petits modèles fournis par les compagnies aériennes.Pour le quotidien à la maison, je continue de préférer les masques moulés, qui tiennent mieux en place et bloquent vraiment les rayons du soleil matinal. Celui-ci occupe une autre niche : la soie véritable dans un format léger, pour qui privilégie la texture sur l’opacité absolue.
