    Deep Planning in a Premium Package: More Than Just a To-Do List
    I decided to give this planner a shot to see if a physical book could help structure my week better than digital tools. My first impression was surprise at the size. It is a fairly substantial book despite only covering three months of planning. The build quality feels solid with a nice soft faux leather cover. I also really appreciate the three distinct bookmark ribbons; they make it incredibly easy to flip between the monthly view, the weekly plan, and the current daily page without losing your place.I tested this continuously for a week to see if the system would actually stick. Honestly, I initially thought my days were too mundane to fill up the expansive daily spreads. I was wrong. Having that ample space actually forced me to think and reflect more on my day rather than just listing tasks. It made those “small” days feel more meaningful and helped me add greater detail when planning for the next day. The design is simple and clean; it isn’t overstimulating or cluttered. There are just enough categories to help you plan or reflect without it feeling like a chore.However, there are a few things to keep in mind before buying. The most obvious is the duration. This is strictly a 90-day system. While the focus on quarterly goals is great, I do wish it covered a longer period as you will burn through this book relatively quickly. Additionally, it lacks a few creature comforts like a pen loop or an elastic closure band. These are small omissions, but they would have made the planner much more travel-friendly.So far, this planner is a total vibe if you enjoy the tactile aspect of writing things down. It feels premium and the system works well to uncover depth in a standard routine. It is perfect if you get overwhelmed by “busy” planners and need a clean slate to focus, just be prepared to pick up another volume in three months.

It helps you set real goals, track your progress, and actually reflect on how you’re doing. It’s not just about managing your schedule—it’s about creating balance in your life and focusing on what really matters.If you’ve struggled with planners before, give this one a shot. This a game-changer for me!I also love the design and look. For what balance offers, it’s worth its cost!

    Nice piece! I can confidently say the product feels great in your hands and compels you to use it. The layout is fluid and within a flow that would be supremely productive in setting up your day with the right mentality. After that, the follow up is simple and efficient in capturing the outcome.     Motivates me to be intentional
    I absolutely love this planner! I wish it was a yearly planner BUT then it would be a massive book. When I use it daily, it’s so helpful to keep me on track. Love the space for creativity as it allows me to doodle positive quotes or mantras for myself.

    Great Daily Scheduler & Planner
    Excited to start using this. The daily pages and spot for reflection and weekly look back are a bonus for me. The only tiny complaint is that I wish it had lay flat binding but that’s it. I do still highly recommend this product

    Really nice planner – comes in a sturdy box, thick pages. I bought both the Balance and Reflect. My previous goal planner felt overwhelming, this one is more streamlined and direct. I’ve set my goals and excited to start using it tomorrow!Reflect is great, I’ve had a consistent journaling practice for many years and found this one when looking for a planner. Just about to start phase two tonight. I especially like the daily check-in. Pages are thick, don’t have to worry about ink bleeding through. Great addition to my daily journal practice.

    A step in the right direction, but falls short of excellence.
    I love the layout of this planner and the clear, easy-to-read pages. It is well-constructed and I like the soft faux leather cover. The font is elegant and I like the simple layout.Unfortunately, the planner does not have a pen loop, a band to keep it shut or a pocket in the back. All of which I find essential when throwing a planner in my purse or work bag. I am going to see if a cover I have fits it because I really do like the layout, but if it doesn’t, I am going to have to return it because it will not last a week in my world without these features.I also noticed that it uses military times in the daily schedule and the calendar is a M-Su layout. I don’t mind this at all, but it might be an issue for some people in the US.Finally, I wish this planner came in a yearly format. This one is only 3 months at a time which makes it difficult to plan far ahead.

    Perfect prompts to help you achieve balance
    As a therapist, I often ask clients to work on writing things down or journal to help them set goals and measure progress. This Balance journal is amazing! Over the years I have come up with different prompts to help clients and often refer to needing to balance different areas of their lives. This journal has it all, it’s almost as if the things I have been working on for years with people was put on paper and made into a book. Monthly goals and reflections, weekly plans and reflections, and of course, a daily journal entry with priorities, tasks list, even a place to rate your day. It’s laid out in a way that is not visually overwhelming, using everyday language that helps it not feel intimidating to get started. The bookmark is 3 ribbons, so you can mark the month, week and day separately to refer back to easily. I’m enjoying using this myself and have already begun to recommend it to clients who are looking for guidance on setting goals and finding balance.

    First of all, the look and feel of the book is like a classis book. The pages are of high quality, feel like holding a classic book in hand.The goals, milestones, daily and monthly planner, with weekly reviews help in shaping and following the plan we set out.The diary is undated and helps follow our schedule.It’s one of the best investment i have made. Kudos to the publisher.Also, the website with other products aimed at promoting mental health is resourceful and a testimony that the people behind this company are here for a Cause.!
